This week lets clean out the “attic of the house”, focusing on the mental. This week take time to deal with your mental health by allocating time within the day to let the mind breathe, heal, reset and be rejuvenated by the word and presence of the Holy Spirit. Cleaning out the mind can be as follows (just a few ideas), 1…Sorting through thoughts and choosing to release those that cause the mind to be stressed and suffocated. 2…Dealing with past issues that need addressing, the issues that keep the mind stagnated, anguished and uneased. This can also mean seeking professional and spiritual help if need be. 3…Free write a letter of mental purge. Writing out the thoughts of the mind without reservation, having no filter, no correction, no limitations to perfection, just write the thoughts of the mind as they appear. After the letter is complete you can choose to read it or simply tear it up and trash it. Free write purge is a process I use to bring an end to those thoughts that nag my mental. Please remember to pray first and then let the Spirit of the Lord lead you on the path and process of clearing the mind of the cares of the world. Remember speaking to God first establishes alignment with his word for the mind, body and soul. Romans 8:6…For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Isaiah 26:3…You (God) will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed in you (God).

Thank you, God, for giving me the strength I need to keep moving forward in you when I am burnt out, tried and too tired. To you I am grateful for spiritual motivation, divine uplifting and holy encouragement from the Kingdom of Heaven. Philippians 4:13…I can do all things through Jesus Christ which strengths me.

Most Heavenly Blessed Father be with me, shine the essence of your glory upon me, pour down the beauty of your holiness in the depths of my heart and let the fabric of your majesty radiate upon me. Lord Jehovah you are the root and in me let the fruit of your Spirit bloom forth that I may be a divine filling to those who are in need of your goodness. QUESTION If God created Adam and Eve in the beginning, how did other families become separate from Adam and Eve? ANSWER Think of it like this, Adam and Eve is the start of the Jesus blood line, like other people did exist outside of Adam and Eve, however in the midst of sinful living God decided to create in his Garden of Eden the divine blood line that would ultimately lead to the birth of his son/redemption/grace and glory. Adam and Eve is the birth of God’s chosen people, the history of how we as the children of God/divinity were established in the world amongst the heathens/wicked. Adam and Eve were created separate from the rest of the world.

Our Father which art (are) in Heaven, Hallowed (holy) be your name. Thy (your) kingdom come.Thy (your) will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts (sins), as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation (sinful seduction), but deliver us from evil: for thine (yours) is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. Breakdown Our Father which art (are) in Heaven = Heaven is the home/dwelling place of God. Hallowed (holy) be your name = God is holy even unto his name. Thy kingdom come = Whose kingdom we want to come into us, the Kingdom of Heaven meaning righteousness, truth, light, just, glory and goodness. Thy (your) will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven = The holy and righteous desires of God that he has done in Heaven is what we want to be done in our lives on earth. Give us this day our daily bread = Lord this day give us the elements of your Kingdom that are needed to get us through this day. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors = Just as you forgive us our sins against you let us forgive those who have sinned against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil = Guide us via your Holy Spirit away from all the devil’s seductions of sin and when the wickedness of the devil is upon us bring us out the fire of hell into the righteousness of you. For thine (yours) is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever = God is all authority, all power and greatly renowned over all for all eternity/infinity. Amen = Righteous divine seal of a prayer in certainty, truth and/or confirmation; term of agreeance believing that which we pray is a surety before God. You can start with the Lord’s prayer and let the Spirit of God guide you in your prayer life. Remember prayer is just talking to God no formalities, no special requirements, no this or that, just a simple pouring out of one’s heart to God.

v. The act of expressing approval or admiration; offering words of homage as an act of worship; to exalt or glorify. Psalm 150:6…Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise you the Lord. Let all things praise the Lord, why, because he is good, glorious and the Lord God Almighty over all, worthy is the Lord Jehovah to be given the praise and so much more.

This week find a place you can go to have one on one time with God, a place where it’s just you and God in singleness. The beach, the park, the church, the bathroom, your car; wherever that scared place may be just go there and allow yourself to be in solitude with God. Let there be no purpose as just to be in the presence of glory and righteousness where you can be filled with his peace, his calm, his resolve, his strength, his beauty, his love, his heart, his mercy, his compassion, his comfort and his pure grace. In a world that constantly tells us to go and be busy doing something all the time, we desperately need time away from it all with God; this is a necessity. Even Jesus when needed at times during his ministry took time away from his Disciples and the people to be alone and communion with his Father that he may be filled with the glory and goodness of God needed to continue in his divine work. So this week purposely and mandatorily seclude yourself from the world to be in the presence of the Lord Jehovah. Mark 1:35…And in the morning, rising up a great while before the day, he went out, and departed into a solitary (alone) place, and there prayed (communed with God).

God this week I am so grateful for your mighty and righteous hand holding me up in a world where the devil is using the elements thereof to break me down and turn my heart against you. Thank you, Lord Jehovah, for keeping close to me every day. John 10:27-29…My sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they will never perish, neither will any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

To your father God the creator and maker of my soul I give you the honor and praise for the Spirit of you that lives in me, God you are an all knowing and powerful God to whom the glory is well deserved. Lord blessed be your throne and your authority over all, for you are the God of my life all the days of my life. Lead me dear God according to your word that through me your word of truth may be spoken and spread across this world you have established. God let your presence be felt through me that all who are in my presence are blessed with the glory of your goodness through me. Move me according to the plans you have created for me to serve out all the days of my life. Move in me via your Holy Spirit and move me via your Holy Spirit for the sake of your wonderful Kingdom. Most Heavenly Father, I pray that you are with us every day of our life. Most Holy God where we are lacking in our hearts, please fill those areas of void with your divine presence. Dear Jehovah where we are in need of your righteous correction, please open our eyes to see our wrongs against you and bring us into repentance unto your throne. Lord you are the one and only true God, forever etch this word of truth deep within the depths of our heart that by Godly wisdom we live according to your word daily. God place your hand of glory upon our shoulders and anoint upon our back the strength of your throne, that each and every day we are blessed with your breath of life we live those days to serve, honor, worship and bring praise to your holy name. God, we thank you for being the most blessed God, we love you for being the most righteous God and we lift up our voice of praise for you being the Almighty Jehovah yesterday, today and forever.
