For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him should not die but have everlasting life.

God loved us so much that he sacrificed his son, the love of his life to redeem us into the Kingdom of Heaven and spare us the anguish of sin’s consequence in the kingdom of hell. God’s sacrifice is the ultimate act of love a father can have toward his children. Jesus’s willingness to give his life is the ultimate act of love a brother can have toward his siblings. Love is the root/foundation of the Kingdom of Heaven by which we are to replicate and cultivate on earth.
